Thanks @jamesw for your help so far. Based upon the information that you have given I still haven't found her name yet. I don't believe that is her on the cover of the first image that you posted. I also don't believe that she is in that film that you have linked above. The movie that she is in is hard to track down because it has not been added to IAFD nor EGFAD yet.
